-Deposit

- A 30% non-refundable deposit will be due at booking. Your deposit goes toward to total service charge. You can reschedule once, rescheduled appointment must be within two weeks or deposit will be forfeited.


-Is there a grace period?

-There is a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you fear you may be more than 15 minutes late please call stylist to see if you can still be accommodated or if you will have to reschedule (ex. Your appointment is at 12:30, you have until 12:45 to arrive for your appointment.)


-Understanding when Scheduling opens up

The appointment book is not opened up each month for scheduling. The system is ongoing. The book will always be open 30 days starting on the current day. Ex. If today is January 1st availability for scheduling will show until January 30th.  January 31st will not show on the site until 12:00am January 2nd.

 

-How do I enter the building?

-To enter the building scroll up to "E. Newyin Beauty" then the phone button. Or dial "#015" then press the phone button.


-Payments

- All funds are due at time of service. Please contact stylist if you are unsure of the total cost of all services that will be provided during the scheduled appointment. Forms of payment accepted Cash, Card, Zelle & Afterpay.
